Varandas do Sol is located in Ponta do Sol. Ideal for holidays or remote work, in a relaxing, calm environment with a very pleasant climate all year round. Varandas do Sol has been renovated, for the well-being and convenience of those who visit it, in a contemporary style, combined with a fabulous 360º view over the Atlantic Ocean (to the south) and the mountain: Paúl da Serra (to the north). Varandas do Sol is an independent part of the main house. The interior of Varandas do Sol is modeled in a contemporary "open-space" format (bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining space), with a private bathroom. The outdoor balcony consists of a dining/leisure area. You can enjoy a view of the sea. It has a solarium and shower on the terrace, an ideal space to contemplate the sea, the mountains and one of the greatest Madeiran fruit productions: banana trees. Varandas do Sol also has Wi-Fi - Internet at 500Mbps (download) and 120Mbps (upload)- and free private parking.
My name is Nuno and I'm from Ponta do Sol- Madeira Island. I have a background in IT and have been working in a company since 2000 in data analysis. In 2021 I decided to take advantage of my long-standing know-how and decided to invest in opening a short-term rental. I like to meet new people with diverse cultures and to show the best we have in our wonderful Madeira Island. The art of hospitality is about trying to make guests "feel at home".
Quiet and peaceful area, 5-10 minutes from Vila da Ponta do Sol. Close to cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, laundries, beaches, promenades and cultural and architectural sites. 40 minutes from Madeira Airport (Cristiano Ronaldo). 20 minutes from the Hospital and Funchal.
