Vila Inanda consist of four beautifully appointed, modern apartments in the hills above the quaint village of Ponta do Sol, known for being the sunniest and warmest part of Madeira Island. The property was finished in March 2022 and faces the Atlantic Ocean, offering breathtaking sunsets and views of the hills and villages around Ponta do Sol. It is a comfortable 40-minute drive from the airport, and is 5 minutes by car to the quaint and vibrant village of Ponta do Sol, where you will find restaurants, pubs, a pebble beach, supermarket and petrol station. Ribeira Brava and Calheta are about 15 minutes away. The apartments are well appointed with fast wi-fi, open-plan living and dining areas with a luxurious kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves and fridge & freezers, bathrooms with double basins and large walk-in showers, and spacious bedrooms. The garden, which overlooks the ocean, boasts a share sundeck and large shared swimming pool. The property has a communal laundry room with both a washer and dryer.

Although the property is located in a usually quiet, rural and mountainous part of Ponta do Sol, you will find a variety of other attractions in the vicinity: The pebble beach and quaint village of Ponta do Sol (5 min drive) The white sand beach and harbor restaurants of Calheta (15 min drive) The bustling and historical inner city of the Capital Funchal (30 min drive). If you are looking for a more active day book a guided hike or scooter tour.
