Akivillas Sesimbra Teltale is the perfect place for a vacation in Sesimbra! With a private pool and at less than a 10-minute drive to the beach, what else could you ask for? With a rustic decoration full of character, this villa in Sesimbra dates back to the 19th century but has recently been renovated to provide guests with an unforgettable holiday. In the morning, enjoy the fantastic swimming pool and, in the afternoon, visit Ouro Beach or Ribeiro do Cavalo Beach, known for its stunning beauty. Within walking distance of the property, situated along the main road with movement during the day, there is a restaurant, as well as three supermarkets. Parties or noise are not allowed from 22H. Not fulfilling these rules implies the total loss of deposit or even expulsion from the property.

This Villa is located in Santana, at about 3 km from the fishing village of Sesimbra. A 15-minute drive away, you can discover Aldeia do Meco and Alfarim - both are worth a visit!
