The villa is characterised by first-class quality, high functionality and state-of-the-art comfort. The house was equipped with high-quality materials and furniture by a well-known studio for architecture and interior design. Discover a light-flooded interior and a dream panoramic view over the city, the harbour and the open sea from all rooms, the terrace or from the 30 square metre infinity pool. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures all year through. Other features of this outstanding villa are a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna with panoramic views, a covered fitness area, a wine bar, fully electronic lighting and room controls, and two covered car parking spaces. The villa offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. Entertainment and information is provided by three modern TV sets and WIFI throughout the house.
