Spacious and airy house of 180 m². Ground floor: open living space with kitchen island (American refrigerator with ice and chilled water - oven - microwave - dishwasher - espresso machine); room with double sofa bed; bathroom with shower; storage room with washing machine, dryer and iron. Floor: room with double bed, dressing and private bathroom with shower; room with double bed with private bathroom and steam cabin. Air conditioning cooling and heating - automatic shutters - central vacuum cleaner system - smart TV and 180 channels - WIFI with fiber internet. Completely walled with automatic gate - terraces - outside BBQ - garden table, chairs, seats and sunbeds. You will find a place to your liking all day long, in the sun or in the shade. The swimming pool is heated with a heat pump, by closing the cover at night the water always maintains a pleasant temperature. There is also a solar outdoor shower. The sea breeze provides cooling on the roof terrace. Enjoy a glass of Vinho Verde and a fantastic 360° view over the bay, the highest dune in Portugal, the old village center of Salir do Porto and the underlying hills of the Serra do Bouro.
Holiday home Concha Baia is located on the Costa de Prata (Silver Coast), one hundred kilometers north of Lisbon. In this unspoilt part of Portugal, summer temperatures are more moderate than in the Algarve. It owes its name to the shell (concha) shaped bay, a fifteen-minute walk away. This exceptional bay offers natural shelter from the rough waves of the Atlantic Ocean, making the bathing water calmer and child-friendly. Unlike most other neighborhoods, the walk to the bay from Concha Baia is flat. The village center of Salir do Porto with a small supermarket with bakery, two cafes and a restaurant is 500 meters away. At 700 meters there is an open-air swimming pool at the foot of the highest dune in Portugal. After some climbing you reach the Miradouro of Salir do Porto after 1 km. However, the view is breathtaking. São Martinho is a half-hour walk away, partly along wooden paths through the dune landscape.
