Between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sado River, with a distance of less than 1.2 km between both shores, Guest House Villa Kochab is located in Soltróia, a tourist and residential urbanization on the Tróia Peninsula, 40 km south of Lisbon. In addition to our swimming pool, our guests can also enjoy the Atlantic beach, 50 meters away, as well as the Troia beaches in the Sado River estuary. In a quiet and relaxing environment our guests can enjoy the reading room, or the TV room. Between Troia, Comporta and Carvalhal, the options for dining, going to a bar or cafe are many. For fun times the Tróia Casino offers a unique atmosphere and entertainment with live music, buffet dinner, bar and jackpots. Our guests can explore the natural beauty of Comporta on a tour of the rice paddies or the beach by the sea, on horse, by bike or kayak. Taking a trip through time is also possible. Going back to the I century, visiting the Roman Ruins of Troy, National Monument that show us traces left by the Romans: houses, factories, thermal baths and necropolises. Watch dolphins at Sado and birds, catamaran and jeep tours, are also a possibility.

Neighborhood info

The Soltroia Urbanization is a safe place, with regular rounds and surveillance system in the urbanization. At 50m from the beach and 5 minutes from Troia, where you can enjoy in the marina bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from Comporta. There is a helicopter landing strip next to the Soltróia reception. Also at the reception there is an emergency room in the summer with an ambulance. Within the urbanization there is a multi-sport pavilion, artificial lakes, a tennis court and a maintenance circuit The Troia Golf is on the side of the urbanization, where lovers of the sport can play and enjoy the restaurant.
