Villa Maçã was completely restored in 2016 and opened in February 2017. Is a charming and modern house, with 5 bedhrooms each one with a private bathroom. There is a shared social living room with Cabo TV, free WI-FI, a fridge and a coffee Ideal for those who like beach and want to rest. It is also a great spot to Surf. You can also visit the historical village of Sintra and their beautiful monuments. Villa Maçã House is located in the center of Praia das Maçãs village, 150 meters from the beach and good fish restaurants.
Hi my name is Rita, i am portuguese and i live and born in Sintra. I am married and have 3 kids. We all love the beach and the sea, travelling, nature sports and good food, specially fish! We want to share experiences with all our guests, if possible help tham to discover and fall in love as much as we are for this beautiful region of Sintra, and Cascais. We wish to all guest a great time in Praia das Maças, Sintra, and hope they have a nice and happy stay in Villa Maça House.
Villa Maçã House is very central, close to public transports, good restaurants, supermarkets, surf schools, beach etc.  Only 2min by car from Colares village, it is also near Praia Grande, Praia das Azenhas do Mar and Cabo da Roca. About 8km from Sintra, 20Km from Guincho/Cascais/Estoril and 30 km from Lisbon. Come and find out Villa Maça House!
