WELCOME to our beautiful, cozy Portuguese villa for the holidays for a family or a group of friends, which you will never forget ! Aroeira is located close to the absolutely stunning Fonte da Telha beach where you can enjoy the sun, beach, surfing, body-boarding and much more. You can play a round of golf, do yoga on the beach, drink a cocktail or eat amazing food ! The area is surrounded by a beautiful forest with cliffs overlooking the ocean, where you can wander and enjoy spectacular views. Our comfortable villa offers 4 separate bedrooms : - 1st floor - 3 bedrooms - Ground-floor - easy access, no stairs - 1 bedroom BEDS : - Double Bed 160 x 200 cm (2 pieces) - Single Bed 90 x 200cm (4 pieces) Of course all bed linens and towels are provided. Every bedroom has air conditioning with remote control. The house has 2 bathrooms - one with a big shower cabin and the other with a bathtub inside. KITCHEN : Enjoy fully equipped kitchen which will allow you to cook your favourite meals (or try some new Portuguese recipes). There is an induction stove, fridge, big freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine and all the utensils you may need. We offer also a big Weber gas barbecue outside, so you can enjoy a meal with friends and family on a beautiful sunny afternoon. LIVING ROOM Spacious living room with a big dinning table. Comfortable couch to relax on after an adventurous day out :) The house has 2 TVs with a lot of International Channels, HBO Max and Amazon Prime a lot of channels for children also. You can also use an office space with a desk if you need to do some work online or just surf the Internet. We provide high speed free wi-fi access.

GARDEN : An outdoor space is waiting for you to relax and enjoy. It includes a big wooden deck, cozy furniture , sunbeds and 5 person JACUZZI. Give yourself the SPA experience in your back yard every day :) With 52 jets throughout, you can experience a true hydro-massage to reset your body and soul ! The garden offers shade in different area’s during the day so there is always a nice place to sit down. In addition you may find a big garden umbrella to peacefully read or nap in the shade. CHILDREN : If you are coming with small child please let us know, we will provide a baby cot free of charge. We also have nice toys and books for kids to play with inside or outside the house! (For kids from 3-10 years mainly) SURROUNDINGS : BEACH : Accessible with a car, uber, bus , bicycle or a walk The area of Costa da Caparica features a stunning 26km coastline with excellent sandy beaches, powerful Atlantic waves and beautiful natural scenery. SHOPPING In the neighbourhood - within a walking distance - you may find a big supermarket, as well as restaurants and cafes. You can always use Uber or Uber eats, which is available in the area without any problems. A bigger shopping center is around 15min away SPORTS : 1. Golf - The house is just steps away from Aroeira Golf Course (Aroeira Pines Classic). Aroeira Pines Classic is ranked in Golf World magazine’s latest list of the top 100 courses in continental Europe. It has two golf courses with 18 full holes 2. Watersports - Of course the Atlantic Ocean on the step of your doorways offers a wide variety of those, such as Surfing, Body-boarding, Body-Surfing, Kitesurfing - you name it and it is here. There is a big choice of schools and rental places, available for the equipment and lessons. 3. Yoga - Available twice a week on the beach 4. Bicycle and Hiking - A lot of different tracks available 5. Swimming – Besides the ocean there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools around. 6. Gym – Several commercial gyms available.

LISBON PROXIMITY The house is located 15-20min drive from the Lisbon city which gives you a great opportunity to explore that magnificent town. Possibility of going with a public transport (bus, ferry, train) or by car/taxi. Possibility of additional cleaning during your stay for an additional fee. Please keep in mind to request it at least 2 weeks before your arrival. Thank you ! Easy parking at the street - always a place for your car if you need it !
