It combines the peacefulness of a small village, which lies between the sea and the mountains. The apartment is well-lit and you can enjoy a view of the John dos Passos Cultural Center. John Dos Passos was an American writer, relative of one Ponta do Sol family. He visited countless times Ponta do Sol, and he is author of books such as Manhattan transfer, which you can read during your stay. "Ponta do Sol" means "tip of the sun" and therefore you can expect much sun. So you can enjoy of a magnificent sunrise and sunset int the beach that stay at 50 meters. Perfect for families with children or small group of friends. Cleaning fee per stay is 40 euros for in addition to the value of the room (even if it is only 1 night)
We like to welcome our guests and we are at your disposal for any need. We live a 10 min by car from the apartment. In the apartment you will find information about the most popular Levadas (water courses) and walking routes for walking tours nearby and information of groups / contacts to whom you can join to make tours with inhabitants of the island. All apartment kitchen is fully equipped (4-ring induction cooker, built-in electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster); Bedroom - 1 king-size double bed Lounge/Dining Sitting area, seating for 4, with flats-screen cable TV Dining counter for 4. Big bed-sofa that is very comfortable for 2 people sleep with well-being during holidays (comfortable double bed). Bathroom, single washbasin, bath with overhead shower, toilet Washing and dryer machine, iron and ironing board Cleaning The apartment is prepared for your use and cleaning and linen change is provided every 7 days. The final clean is included. All linen and towels are provided. Cleaning fee per stay is 40 euros for in addition to the value of the room (even if it is only 1 night)
