Villa Santa Barbara is a beautiful, luxurious sea view villa. Fantastically and very quietly located in the hills just north of the town of Santa Barbara de Nexe. With a living area of 325 m² and a plot of 4,000 m² there is plenty of room for everyone! The villa is fully fenced in, has a beautiful garden with several terraces and sitting areas, a table tennis area and dart board, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a fantastic swimming pool of 12x6 mtr. It is a very comfortable villa. All rooms have air conditioning. The underfloor heating and electric radiators provide pleasant warmth in winter. The villa is really a place to completely unwind: sitting in the lounge set, lying on the sun beds, enjoying the beautiful view over the pool to the hills ...!

The charming village of Santa Bárbara de Nexe is 5 min. drive away, the lively town of Loulé a 7 min. drive away, the city of Faro is 15 min. drive away.
