The Self Catering villa São Paulo has been newly built with one floor only and has 600 m2 in area. It is situated in a safe and quiet area, 5 minutes from the center of Funchal and 20 minutes from the airport by car. It has a big veranda around the house with a wonderful view to the sea and to Funchal harbor and mountains, a little garden decorated with typical flowers from Madeira Island and an 8.00 x 4.00 swimming pool, 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 persons: Room 1- double bed, with sliding doors leading onto the balcony. Room 2 - double bed, including bathroom with bath, bide and toilet, sliding doors leading onto the balcony. Room 3 - twin single beds with window that leads to balcony. One communal bathroom for rooms 1 and 2 with bath, shower and toilet. Other details as bed linen and towels are provided. It also includes a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a barbecue outdoor with a toilet and a garage. Other services can be provided (transfer from and to the airport, car rental)

I am a teacher since 1990 and i enjoy very much my job. I also like to meet new people and to welcome my guests.

Villa São Paulo is located in a very quiet place with lovely views to to mountains and to the ocean, The Villa is situated far away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Down Town. 10 Euros gets you a taxi into Funchal. There is a bus stop at the main road, 2 minutes frm the house. The relaxing balcony overlooks the bay of Funchal, and has the most amazing views of the harbour and mountains. Close by is a Market Garden just watch those guys tending there crops ready for delivery to market. It must be back breaking work. You will not be disappointed with the facilities this house has to offer. Well to be quite honest it has every thing at hand for your needs. It also has WI-FI which is a great asset when touring other countries.
