Villa 45 is a lovely new villa located in the Palheiro Village Estate. This three bedroom villa was designed to take advantage of its hillside location and an ideal location to spend a nice a comfortable stay with your family. The master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are at the top level as the other two bedrooms, off the entrance hall, and this is quite private. They share a shower bathroom. There is a spacious storage room on the lower floor, and a third fully fitted shower-bathroom. The lounge area is very generous and very decorated in a very modern and elegant design.

Villa 45 also benefits from privileged access to the facilities of the Palheiro Estate including the Village Forum heated outdoor pool; 18-hole Palheiro Golf course and Palheiro Spa, which can be used with an extra cost. Palheiro Village, a private condominium designed by Michael Brown Associates, is built in a traditional external style and lies 10 minutes from the centre of Funchal & 15 minutes from the international airport.
