The loft offers everything to have a relaxing holiday. It is in the old centre of Cercal, so all the shops and restaurant are on walking distance. Cercal is a little traditional village which offers tranquility in a beautiful area to go beaching\hiking or cycling ( serra do cercal\rota vicentina). In the loft there's a map with lots of walks\ tours\ info about what to do in the area and the house is only 50 m. from the Rota Vicentina. No need to get bored. There's also some nice books to read! Also perfect for beach holidays, a great variety of beaches within the reach of max.20 km! Easy to reach by car. Surfing\horseback riding \ cycling \walking \ fishing : everything for a relaxing active holiday! or just relax in the garden with mountain view : small distance from the coastal stress.
we are a portugese\dutch couple and also exploit a small country side hotel with 7 rooms nearby in Casas Nocas( Verdemar ). We want to offer our guests a easy going holiday, so don't hesitate to ASK us for help or advice !!
A real holiday is going out in the morning for a coffee with a pastel de nata in the local cafe . Buy a fresh loaf of bread for your family or friends, and join them for breakfast on the cottage terrace. Then go to the beach or go hiking. For lunch you can choose a fish restaurant in one of the sea resorts nearby, then relax on the beach and in the afternoon you can do your shopping in Cercal do alentejo. You have a bbq in the evening, or dinner in town. An after dinner glass of wine on the terrace while watching the stars and then a quiet night! sweet dreams !
