Casa Yucca is located in Carcavelos, 850 meters from the famous Carcavelos beach, with its long, soft golden sand and clear sea waters. The house is located in a residential street, very quiet, with free public parking. It is surrounded by all kinds of commerce, services and restaurants. Casa Yucca has an outdoor area of around 500m2, with an outdoor pool and a dining area with barbecue. The garden is completely private and is prepared for six guests to enjoy the space in comfort and tranquility. Inside, Casa Yucca has three bedrooms. The Buganvília room has a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The Jacarandá room has two single beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The Mimosa room has a double bed, and despite not having an en suite bathroom, it has a very large bathroom right next to the it. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and an armchair. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. It has a fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, espresso machine and American coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, and all kinds of crockery and cutlery. It also has a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. There is a hairdryer. The living room is very comfortable and has a TV and WI-FI internet connection throughout the house. The dining room is spacious and faces the garden. It has a dining table for 6 people and a bar area. Casa Yucca does not allow parties or events. It is a house for family holidays, for sportsmen or professionals on business. It is a residential area and the tranquility in the neighborhood is fundamental. Noise from 22:00 is not allowed.
