It`s one 22m2 independent room on a terrace with a double bed and a single one at the top of our house. It has a private wc with shower and a small kitchnnet and a small fridge. The acess to the terrace is done trough our apartment but that`s not a problem at any time of day or nigth and kees will be furnished so guests can go in and out at any time they want. The terrace has one table and 3 chairs and many plants. Distance from the center is of a 25 min walk. It`s also at 150m from 2 supermarkets and 5 min walking to the shopping center with restaurants, shops, cinema and a pharmacy. There is also a bus stop and the bus and train station are 10 min walking distance. It allways has parking spots nearby. It can happen that guests must share the terrace with the guests of the next room. There is a small green fence between the two spaces. We, the hosting family will be in the apartment below which guests must cross trough a corridor to access the terrace where the rooms are located but there is any problem going in or out of the house at any time. People of more than 180 cm height may find the beds size too small. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats living in the house.

I live in Olhão with my family and we have 3 cats, 2 dogs that live in the house. We will be in the apartment below which guests must cross to access the terrace where the rooms are located therefore it will be easy to meet one of the members of the hosting family.

Paulo’s home is located in Olhão, Faro District, Portugal. A working class neighborhood, busy during the day but rather quiet during the nigth. Getting around - The bus and the train station are not very far, 15 min walking distance and there is a bus stop nearby the house. Two supermarkets are at a 150 m distance. There is a birdwatching park not very far and 3 sand islands in front of the town served by boats. There are buses from the airport to Faro and then from Faro to Olhão - a 11 min ride by bus or train. If we are told the exact time of arrival, sometimes we can fetch guests at the airport, but cheaper to hire a Huber car, but it will be free of charges at the train or bus station in Olhão.
