Spacious and breezy 4 Bedroom apartment with private terrace leading onto salt water infinity pool. Fantastic sea views from Pointe-au-Sel to Saline les Bains at 100m altitude in a quiet neighbourhood within 15 minutes walking distance of St Leu centre. The flat is naturally ventilated by the wind, with mosquito nets and fans throughout. Very beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Possible to see whales from the terrace in season (June - September) and nightly sunsets over the Indian Ocean.
Globetrotting Englishman now settled in Reunion.
St Leu is perfectly positioned for access to the major tourist spots on the West Coast. There is a local Saturday morning market in St Leu (Fruits/vegetables and tourist items) as well as weekly concerts on the seafront every Friday and Sunday night. The apartment is the last house in a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighbourhood, but within easy distance of St Leu. Within 20 minutes drive from the apartment there is diving, paragliding, beaches, canyoning, hiking, golf , sky diving, Kelonia Turtle farm, St Gilles Aquarium, Mascarin Botanical Gardens at Colimacons, Sugar Museum at Stella, Salt museum. It is a 15 minute walk downhill to St Leu town centre with it's beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Or a 3 minute drive.
