The property is located in a green and well-connected area, close to some of the most beautiful parks in Bucharest. Connectivity is excellent: there is a bus station right in front of the building that takes you to the subway in just 12 minutes. From there, you can reach the city center in another 10 minutes. ​You'll be ideally positioned to explore the city's main landmarks: the Old Town is just 20 minutes away, while the Palace of Parliament (Casa Poporului) and the National Cathedral are within a 25-minute reach. It's the perfect spot to enjoy both a quiet residential vibe and quick access to the historic heart of Bucharest."
