Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. • We charge a Security Deposit, payable by bank transfer, set to be returned after check out to the same payment method, if everything is in order. We reserve the right to claim part or all of the Security Deposit to cover any additional charges including breakages, damages, extra cleaning, unauthorised late check-out and further accommodation charges. • Guests are required to provide an emergency contact number, as well as to present a photo ID, according to the law, in accordance with art. 3, letter D of Law no. 237 of 2001 on guest access and registration in tourist structures, before receiving all the useful information for accommodation and unique access codes. • All information about the location, access to the private parking, access to the building and access to the apartment, all independent access codes, links and photos useful for accessing your accommodation will be sent by messaging to the phone number provided on the platform. • If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary. • We can offer early check-in or late check-out, upon request, if there is availability, an additional cost is charged starting with 100 RON.
