One day before your arrival, you will also be asked to send a copy of a valid passport or national identity card. You may send it by email, through the Booking.com Extranet chat, or via WhatsApp. This is required in accordance with Romanian legislation regarding the registration of guests staying in tourist accommodation.

You can use the Special Requests box when making your reservation or contact us directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

All our apartments feature a self check-in and self check-out system, allowing you to arrive at any time, including during the night.

Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) and late check-out (after 11:00 AM) are available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges. Please request these services at least one day in advance so we can confirm availability.

This property is located in a residential building. Guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbors and avoid excessive noise throughout their stay.

Quiet hours are between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

For refundable reservations, the full accommodation amount must be paid upon check-in, either in cash or by credit/debit card, unless it has already been paid in advance.
