My apartment is a great budget accommodation that fits every need. It is a simple yet sufficient accommodation that meets your needs, but keeps it very simple. You'll have a comfy bed and a warm blacket during winter, fans in summer, a bathroom with the basics inside (shower gel etc.). In short you'll have everything you need in a home aways frm home. Before you book there are certain things that you should know: Our policies on parties are very strict. No noise is tolerated after 10 PM and before that the music/voices coming out of the aprtment must be keep at a decent volume for a building with residents. Extra unannounced guests will be charged or asked to leave together with the rest of the group. There are several security cameras monitoring the entrance to the building. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator Please treat this place nice or assume the costs otherwise. Please keep/leave the kitchen clean.
I am an entrepreneur, ski instructor and an experience organizer and have worked in tourism for the last 20 years. I am very devoted to what I do and believe in it and do it out of my heart, I'vwe always had the wanderlust in me and am happy to support anything related to travelling and exploring. besides providing accommodation in one very weird yet adorable city I organise awesome trips in nature, ski trips and other types of adventures.
Luckily we are in a very safe, central neighborhood. We are right around the corner from the famous Old Town, on one of Bucharest's must see boulevards. We have Cismigiu Gardens right next to us and even though being in the center usually means living in a noisy place, our apartment is very quiet and we beg of you to keep it that way. 2 minutes walk: Minimarket, Pizza Hut, KFC, The Palace of the National Military Circle 3 minutes walk: the main bus stop in the city (direct line to anywhere in the city) Cișmigiu Gardens McDonalds 5 minutes walk: Origo Cafe Old town, University subway station (Km 0, main hub), University Building, St. Nicholas Church (Russian Church), National Theatre 7 minutes walk: Caru cu Bere restaurant, Lipscani Street CEC Building, Museum of National Bank of Romania, Macca-Villacrosse Passage, The National History Museum, Holocaust Memorial, Șuțu Palace (The Museum of Bucharest), Stavropoleos Church (1724), Colțea Hospital Dâmbovița River 10 minutes walk: Izvor Park Bucharest Party On Kretzulescu Church, St. George's Church (Km 0 monument), Colțea Church, Biblioteca Centrala Universitara , St. Anton's Church
