Das Penthousestudio liegt im Stadtteil Militari, unweit von der Plaza Shopping Mall, der AFI Shopping Mall und ruhig gelegen am Lake Morii. Das Zentrum (Old Town) ist nicht weit vom Apartment entfernt. Das Studio hat einen Blick über Bucharest. Nachts kann man die Lichter der erleuchteten Stadt aus dem Studio beobachten. Ideal für Kurz- und Langzeitaufenthalte. Bei Anfragen länger als ein Monat, unterbeiten wir gerne ein individuelles Angebot.

Das Wohngebiet liegt ruhig am See gelegen. Ein ausgebauter Weg am See lädt zu täglichen Spaziergängen ein. Das Freizeitangebot ist umfassend.
