Downtown Italian Studio is an excellent studio right in the heart of the city but in a quiet and peaceful square. Lots of cafes and bars nearby, plus a non-stop supermarket just in front of the building for basic necessities. Very modern, elegant, and cosy, the studio space was carefully designed by a designer. Downtown Italian Studio, with a great location which offers you fast access to the best restaurants, bars and to the main touristic attractions of the city. Located at just 7 minutes walk from the subway (metro station Universitate) and the city centre. The studio is ideal for couples and families with one child. The space is ideal for a maximum of 3 people. A double bed and an extendable sofa (bed for one person). Dishwasher, refrigerator, underfloor heating, smart TV, washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in Bucharest old Armenian central neighbourhood, in a new building right in the Italian square, just behind the European Commission office in Bucharest. One of the bohemian areas in the city which offers one of the most authentic walks in the Bucharest before communism. Italian Square area offers access to all means of public transport to absolutely all areas of the city. But we recommend walking around.
