Property info

The penthouse is located in the Militari district, not far from the Plaza Shopping Mall, the AFI Shopping Mall and in a quiet location on Lake Morii. The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The apartment has a view over Bucharest. At night, the lights of the illuminated city can be seen from the living room and bedroom, as well as Lake Morii. The penthouse is luxuriously furnished. High-quality German parquet, a modern built-in kitchen with BOSCH Home Connect devices such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave and steam function, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine round off a black kitchen. The penthouse has a roof terrace to the east (20 sqm). The apartment is fully equipped with E-Home, all functions can be controlled via Apple Homepods, such as heating, air conditioning, Apple's sound system brings music to every room with Apple music. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and a modern look. The electronic door lock from Nuki facilitates access via keypad and the elevator gives you direct access to the underground car park. A parking space in the underground car park is available. The apartment is equipped with a single room air conditioner. (in every room)
