The modern apartment it is situated on Burebista boulevard, very near to Alba Iulia square and to National Arena stadium, where all the great concerts are held. It is situated at 50 meters from Oncofort-Gral medical hospital and at 100 meters to Sanador hospital, on Decebal boulevard, number 1. The apartment has modern finishings and is fully equipped for short & longer stays It has a gorgeous view over the entire city , from the eight floor of the block. The parking spot is very safe, at the main boulevard and free of charge / public place. For late & very late check in there is an extracharge . The charge is applied depending of arrival time and other aspects, communicated via whatsup or phone call .

At the groundfloor of the block, you can find Carrefour & Mega Image super market. Also many terraces & restaurants in the area, like Arogant bar.
