In the heart of the old city of Bucharest, along famous CISMIGIU park, our building, a re-consolidated, renovated, and re-invented, old communist era factory building, offers 19 ultra modern apartments. Our inventory includes 14 studios of approx 20 m2, and 5 one-bedroom apartments raging in size from 30 and 45 m2. The apartments, and Studios are all fully furnished with working kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, and all required amenities. Kitchens are well equipped with Microwave, Toaster, Instant water heaters, Caps, Coffee mags, Wine/Champagne flutes, Plates, Utensils, etc. The style is modern contemporary, however, comfortable for either short or little longer stays. We invite you for the ultimate experience of staying in a highly desired central location, for a modest, unbeatable price.

Your host is Heights group led by Elon Blenker whom have been offering short term apt rentals stay in Bucharest since 2015, and has grown from managing 2 short-term rental apartments to 40 at present.

We are located between CISMIGIU Park and the old center of Bucharest. Our location is near restaurants, cafes, clubs, and many other nightlife, and attractions only Bucharest offers.
