Apartamentul se afla in zona centrala a Craiovei, la un minut de mers pe jos de Ramada si cinci minute de Universitate. Muzeul de Arta se afla la o distanta de sase minute de mers pe jos, iar Centrul Vechi este de asemenea foarte aproape. Foarte multe restaurante si atractii sunt in zona.
