My name is Radu Popescu, I'm an architect. I have all I need in this life. I leave with my wife Maria, and we have two beautiful daughter, Bianca 9 years and Giulia 6 years. We leave in the house on the left of the property, were also I have my office as architect. Together we manage this guest house. This is a family business and we love it. We meet nice people who came in Bucharest to travel, to have a good time. I am glad to guest them in our house.

Central located house, with garden, 15 minutes walk from the Old Center and 1 minute walk from the pedestrian area of Unirii Blvd., in a quiet houses area; has 6 private rooms (20 sqm) and 1 appartement wellheated. The six rooms have private bathrooms, tv, air condition, wifi, each of them, 1 common kitchen, washing machine and drying room. The appartament has a private entrance from the yard, with 2 rooms, bathroom and kitchen, fully equiped. The yard has a barbeque place, tables and chairs.

Neighborhood info

It's a quiet neighborhood, mostly residential but with shops and restaurants nearby. The area is close to the city center and Old Centrum, just 2 bus stops away or 20 minutes pedestrial. Near the guest house there are 2 minimarket at 50meters, 1 big supermarket MegaImage at 300meters. Also there are 2 big mall (Unirii and Mall Vitan)
