“Ca de obicei in aceasta clădire, am avut un apartament superb, curat, frumos mobilat, terasa mare, cu masa si suficiente scaune, zona foarte buna, aproape de plaja, parcul de distracții.”

Pozitia apartamentului SeaSide Piano Bar este excelenta : veti fi foarte aproape de Constanta ( oras) , la intrarea in statiunea Mamaia ( pe langa Satul de vacanta , aproape de Telegondola , de Aqua Park si multeee alteleee ...deci in capitala distractiei) . Totodata , veti fi pe partea Marii Negre, la 50 m de plaja !!! Cafeaua de dimineata o puteti bea pe mica terasa de unde se vede marea....Apoi, daca nu aveti chef sa mergeti la mare , puteti cobori cu liftul la ..piscina ce apartine locatiei !!!! Nu ezitati sa ne contactati pentru orice alte detalii suplimentare referitoare la ..orice doriti ! Nicoleta Dumitrof
Activam in domeniul imobiliar din anul 2003 si pentru ca iubim oamenii, marea , soarele si vacantele ...vara ne ocupam cu drag si de acest tip de rezervari. Va asteptam cu drag in vacanta , pe malul Marii Negre !!! Vom fi tot timpul 'la un telefon distanta' oricand veti avea nevoie de noi pe durata sederii dvs in apartament. Grija dvs trebuie sa fie doar .....incarcarea propriilor "baterii" !!! :) Nicoleta Dumitrof
Apartamentul este situat intr-o zona buna a orasului Constanta, chiar la intrarea in statiunea Mamaia. Cladirea in care se afla este eleganta, cu un hol larg , tip receptie , cu zona de asteptare ( primire ) , un lift silentios si spatios . Cladirea se numeste St. Vlas si la parter functioneaza un restaurant cunoscut constantgenilor si nu numai - Piano Bar. Tot din acest hol este si accesul la piscina exterioara a cladirii , unde aveti acces nelimitat si gratuit. Intreaga cladire este curata si bine intretinuta atat exterior, cat si interior. In imediata apropiere se afla plaji private , care au insa si portiuni de plaja libera. De asemenea , parcul acvatic Aqua Park e fff aproape , la fel parcul de distractii Luna Park . De asemenea, faleza pietonala e plina cu magazine, terase . Destul de aproape este zona Delfinariului din Constanta - unde puteti opta pentru spectacole cu Delfini sau /si lei de mare , puteti vizita herghelia si puteti calari , rezervatia de pasari exotice ....apoi invecinat cu acestea se intinde cel mai mare parc , Parcul Tabacariei unde se afla si Tara Piticilor . Apoi din parcul Tabacariei ajungeti la City Parl mall pentru shopping sau romaneste ..cumparaturi
