Beautiful apartment in quiet residential area, fully furnished with luxury amenities, 10 minutes by car from Baneasa Shopping City, high frequency minibus transportation to subway Pipera, free parking, high speed internet, cable. Great access to and from Henry Coanda International Airport.
I was born near Brasov, close to Dracula's castle (managed to not get bitten...I think). Living in Bucharest for almost half my life, since I came here to study economics. I work in operations. Love to travel and meet new people. I will be available for recommendations and travel tips.
Phase I Cosmopolis residence is positioned on the Bucharest ring road, with security and controlled access service barrier, 2 large swimming pools and 2 children's pools, playground, green spaces (60% of the area), restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket Carrefour, gym, nursery, ATM, PayPoint Fast and easy access to DN1, Pipera and A3 highway (going to the Transilvanian historical region), 15 minutes from the Henri Coanda International Airport (normally a 25-30 lei or 7 euro taxi fare), 10 min from Baneasa Shopping City (the classiest mall in town), 20 minutes away from the city center, benefits of transport by minibus with high frequency and subway stops in Pipera, and Aurel Vlaicu
