A 70² apartment with two bedrooms and five beds located in the very center of the city, next to the pedestrian zone, and close to the market, regional roads, banks, megamarket, hair and beauty salon, fast food. Private yard suitable for parking a bicycle. Free parking on weekends. Two air conditioners for a pleasant feeling during hot summer days as well as steam heating for cold days. Equipped with a washing machine, powder, fabric softener and all hygiene products. The kitchen has a stove, a filter coffee maker, a kettle for tea, a refrigerator, and a complete set of dishes. The apartment also has a free mini-bar, intended for your enjoyment. A spacious terrace is set on the quiet side of the apartment to rest your soul.
