The property was completely renovated in 2023; everything inside is new and arranged to provide a more beautiful and comfortable accommodation for future guests.
The property is located in the quiet part of the city, near the Bubanj Memorial Park. Access to the highway entrance Nis-Jug is very easy and fast, and the bus station with the direction towards the city is 250m away from the apartment.
