Blue New Yorker is located in the center of Nis - according to many opinions at the most convinient location in the city. We offer genuine urban-living style: fully accessible site with all key facilities at hand to make a stay cosy. The apartment is recently refurbished and designed according to values we stand for: contemporary, authenthic and environment-friendly. BNY has outstanding, wide-open, mountain and river view. Staying in BNY is pleasent troughout the year: it does not require airconditioning even in the hottest days (although we offer it anyway as additional service), and it has excellent heating from early autumn to spring. BNY is not for everyone, however it is PERFECT choice for visitors with passion for urban life style with full view to natural surrounding - and we guarantee it.
It is always great pleasure meeting new people from around the world. We enjoy when people feel at home in Blue New Yorker
It is vivid residential area in the city center. The both main entertaining areas of the city are within walking distance (15min) but more then far enough regarding noise, therefore - perfect. The fotress, best known tourist attraction of Nis, is 5-10 min walk also, and the river with its jogging path is 100m away. The location is safe. Most buildings in the neighbourhood have video survailance - including main city health service and a bank, which are located 'next door'. The greatest advantage of the neighbourhood are great location within city and its many facilities (often available 24/7): 3 supermarkets, several bakeries, news-stands, many pharmacies, gas-station, car-wash, children play ground, flower-shop, exchange office, laundry service, hairdresser... and more. Overall - yes, BNY is in very nice neighborhood.ko
