"Despot Apartman Niš" se nalazi u 4-etažnoj stambenoj zgradi i dobio je ime po ulici u kojoj se nalazi- "Despota Djurdja 2 ulaz 2 stan br.4. Stan je prošle godine potpuno renoviran, opremljen i usmeren ka zahtevima gostiju - kako onima koji su na proputovanju tako i onima koji se zadržavaju i po par nedelja. Apartman je na visokom prizemlju ( ispod Apartmana su apoteka i knjižara). Poseduje sobu sa bracnim krevetom i ugaonom garnitirom, radnim stolom, (stolom za šminkanje). Poseduje i drugu odvojenu sobu sa 2 odvojena prostrana ležaja. Komplet opremljenu kuhinju - pribor, posuđe, frižider, ringle, rernu, aspirator, kuvalo za kafu, ketler, toster, mikrotalasnu,... Sto za ručavanje i šank sto za brzi dorucak ili kafu sa filingom kaffea. Kupatilo je takođe potpuno opremljeno (peškiri, kupka, šampon, fen, veš mašina). Gosti "Despot Apartmani Niš" imaju na raspolaganju dve prostrane terasa od kojih je jedna zatvorena. U apartmanu dostupan je besplatan WI-FI internet i 2 flat-screen TV-a. Satelitski kanali IRIS tv MTS. Apartman je klimatizovan (obe sobe). Oko zgrade u kojoj je apartman postoji besplatan slobodan parking. ( nemamo svoje mesto )
Vaši domaćini Tanja i Predrag su visoko obrazovani, porodični ljudi sa ogromnim iskustvom u radu sa ljudima. U ovom poslu smo novi ali mislimo da je to prednost. Kako i sami puno putujemo, potrudili smo se da smeštajnu jedinicu opremimimo tako da ništa ne nedostaje. Trudimo se da goste dočekamo onako kako bi mi voleli da dočekaju nas. Uzbuđenje, nova poznanstva, nova prijateljstva.... Srpsko gostoprimstvo.... Dobro došli Despot Apartmani Niš
Despot apartman se nalazi u delu grada-Durlan. U neposrednoj blizini se nalaze trzni centar "Roda", "Slatka kuća","Maxi", "Idea", AS-trgovina, pijaca, državna zdravstvena ambulanta, policijska stanica, super-marketi, restorani, restorani brze hrane, kafane, pekare, 2 benzinske pumpe, 3 kineska tržna centra, Medicinske institucije i drugi sadržaji. Od centra je udaljen 2,2km. Od spomenika kulture- "Ćele-kula" 2km. Od naplatne rampe Niš-istok 1,5km (najbliži izlaz na Auto-put). Od aerodroma Konstantin Veliki 5,5km a od Niske Tvrđave 2,2km. Stanica gradskog BUS-prevoza je 20m od apartmana.
