Property is in zone A and the city center is only 15min by foot. Street is quiet and the neighborhood is nice. Main road that leads to Novi Sad and Belgrade is two streets away, so you are connected really good. House is divided in two separate apartments. - The first apartment is more compact but not cramped, offering two separate bedrooms with a total of four single beds. It includes one full bathroom, and the kitchen, dining, and living areas are combined into a single open space. - The second apartment is more spacious, featuring two separate bedrooms with a total of five single beds. Additionally, the couch in the living room can comfortably accommodate two more guests. The apartment includes two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and a separate living room.
Neighbourhood is great and quiet. Close to everything, but not far at all. Everything is 15min away by foot. Two grocery stores are up to 5min by foot. Four restaurants/pizzerias are up to 6min. Two private hospitals and a pub are up to 8min. Marketplace is 15min away just like city center. City park is 10min away.
