Objekat se nalazi u mirnom kraju Niske Banje, blizu centralnog setalista. Sobe su udobne, dvoriste uredjeno za uzitak gostiju. Pogodno za grupna odsedanja,ucesnike sportskih manifestacija... Za porodicne odmore dostupna su decija kolica, stolica za hranjenje i deciji krevetac, kao i decije igraliste u dvoristu. NAPOMENA: NE PRIMAMO VAUCERE
velika pogodnost Niske Banje je blizina grada Nisa sa svim njegovim znamenitostima: Arheolosko nalaziste Medijana, Cele Kula, Cegar, Bubanj, Logor Crveni Krst... Za ljubitelje prirode tu su Jelasnicka i Sicevacka klisura, izletiste Bojanine Vode, reka Nisava, kao i uredjene staze za pesacenje kroz sumu u samom srcu Banje.
