Apartment Platan 1 is the larger, 100 m² living unit of a more than a century old villa with heritage character. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, and a beautiful, spacious terrace. The heating and air-conditioning system is provided by geothermal technology.Platan Apartment 1 is suitable for accommodating four to six guests. Free parking is available in the villa’s courtyard.
Apartment Platan 2 is the smaller, 36 m² part of the same old, one century old Art Nouveau style villa with heritage character. It consists of a bedroom, a kitchen with a living room, an entrance hall, and a small bathroom.The heating and air-conditioning system is also provided by geothermal technology.
Free parking is available in the villa’s courtyard.
Platan Apartment 2 is ideal for two guests, but with additional beds it can accommodate up to four guests in total.
