Urban Haven is a fully equipped, three-room house in the city center with its own yard and parking. The house is under the protection of cultural monuments, built in 1912 and completely renovated in 2023. All three rooms have a separate entrance with a hall, a separate bathroom and a terrace in the yard. Matije Korvina street leads directly to the main setalist - the city corzo (about 500 meters) and the main sights of the city as well as the best cafes in the city (the famous "Cafe Boss" and "Stara pizzeria" are located on the street). The house itself has a view of the Serbian Orthodox Church of the Holy Ascension of the Lord (across from the house is the last entrance to the church) An easy walk of 5-10 minutes will take you to the main town square where there is a beautiful Town Hall, the Town Library, the National Theater and many other buildings built in the beautiful Art Nouveau style. Walking through a small corridor where the oldest pastry shop "Pelivan" is located at the beginning (they celebrated their 100th anniversary in 2023) full of cafes, you reach the Synagogue, completely renovated, which is one of the most beautiful in Europe in the Art Nouveau style, as well as the City Museum.
