Villa Despotovic is located just below the peak of Šiljak-Treska, 1622 meters high, with a fantastic view of Radočel, Golija in the west, and the peaks of Ravni and Banjski Kopaonik and the highest peak of Kopaonik Pančićev vrh, which is at a height of 2017 meters.
