Located in very quiet street. Surrounded by few neighbors. Large green garden with swimming pool. Entire home, more than 400 square meters for use. Large garden with open pool, barbeque....Few parking slots. One covered parking slot. 2 bikes for rent, 5 EUR per bike per day. Breakfast on request, 5 EUR per person per day. Walking distance to city center.
International ITF, ATP, WTA tennis official, dentist, tennis coach.
Only 10 minutes walking distance to city center. IDEA market, bakery and other shops just around corner. Hospital, tennis courts and railway station are nearby. Famous Danube river-European Amazon, Bačko Podunavlje as UNESCO biosphere reserve and Croatian-Hungarian borderline are only 15km driving distance.
