Poseduje odvojenu spavaću sobu (francuski ležaj, TV prijemnik sa kablovskim kanalima, prostrani plakar), dnevni boravak (garnitura na razvlačenje, kablovska TV sa Netflixom), kompletno opremljenu kuhinju (šporet sa ravnom pločom i rernom, veliki kombinovani frižider sa zamrzivačem, mašina za pranje posuđa), kupatilo modernog dizajna, mašinu za pranje veša, kao i komplet za peglanje (pegla i daska). Apartman je klimatizovan. Obezbeđen je besplatan wi-fi. Recepcija radi 24 časa, 7 dana u nedelji.
