Beach Villa Guesthouse is a family-run business founded by our grandparents in the 1980s. For generations, we have welcomed visitors from around the world while preserving the warm hospitality and personal touch that have always been at the heart of our family tradition. Located on the beautiful sunset side of Praslin Island, our guesthouse offers a peaceful atmosphere while being only a 4-minute walk from the village centre, where guests will find grocery stores, restaurants, takeaways, banks, ATMs and money exchange services. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and free on-site parking throughout their stay. We are also happy to assist with car rental arrangements, giving visitors the freedom to explore the island at their own pace. For kitesurfing enthusiasts, Beach Villa Guesthouse enjoys an ideal location during the South-East monsoon season from May to September, when wind conditions are at their best. During this period, some natural seaweed may be present on the beach, which is common on this side of the island and part of the seasonal cycle. We are pleased to assist guests in organising boat excursions, fishing trips and other activities to help them experience the beauty of Seychelles.
