This original colonial era house was built over 100 years ago out of local granite. A second part was later added. Published in a book about unique homes in Seychells, we have done total renovations a few years ago but have kept the original vibes of an Island home. Divided in 2 connecting yet independent apartments this listing is for the larger, main level apartment. You can book both apts fir large groups. The garden is over one acre of pure tropical vegetation with many fruit trees such as mangoes, breadfruit, avocado, bananas and others. We have 2 giant land tortoises living on the premises Beautiful ocean view of marine park and Praslin Island.
Located in Bel Air upscale neighborhood. British High Commissioner just up the road. Within few minutes by car to many restaurants and Beau Vallon beach.
