Property info

Ocean Villa offers 3 self-contained holiday homes inside a landscaped tropical garden, with the beach at the front and main road at the back. In one of the home there are 3 modern apartments. The 3 homes are all within 10 metres of each other, giving you the distance and privacy you need if you are travelling alone, whilst creating your own little holiday village if you happen to be travelling in a group of family and friends. Please contact us for group rates applicable for booking 2 or all 3 of our holiday homes jointly.

Neighborhood info

Ocean Villa is located along the stretch of beach known as Grand Anse, just a two-minute drive from the Praslin airport or a 15-minute drive from the main Praslin jetty. Praslin itself lies some 30 km from the main island of Mahé, the international gateway to Seychelles. Praslin is accessible from Mahé by a 15-minute flight, or a one-hour sea transfer via catamaran. The village of Grand Anse is only 750 metres away, where you will find supermarkets, general merchant shops, banks, petrol station, take-away meal outlets and small fruit & vegetable market. We buy fresh fish from the fishermen when they come in with their catch-of-the-day.
