We at Tipp Fastighets AB have extensive experience of hotels and real estate operations. The house with sauna was built in 2016 and has been rented out to TUI Germany since then. Our second house was built in the 50's and has new furniture in the living room, master bedroom etc. We at Tipp Fastighets AB also have hotel operations in Torslanda Gothenburg and several other properties.

We offer two fantastic accommodations! A wonderful newly built house with private lake & a classic cozy cottage with large garden with also it's own lake. Boats can be borrowed, free of charge, for fishing trips on each lake. Note! If there is a lot of ice on the lakes during winter season the boats will not be at the lakes. For the convenience of our guests, for those who book the new cottage "named; Two-bedroom House", there is also a sauna (the classic cottage "named; Holiday Home" does not have access to or it's own sauna). Parking just outside the houses (private roads) where you as a guest are separated. The classic cottage has a small waterfall around the house node, which adds a harmonious sound when sitting on the terrace. Both cottages have outdoor furniture & barbecue by the terrace. There is also a barbecue area at each cottage right by the lake. We follow government requirements and can therefore request an ID copy of all guests who arrive to us. On our behalf, we can also refuse bookings that clearly indicate at a party or do not follow our hotel business guidelines. Just before your arrival you will receive check-in information.

Björsjödal is a nature reserve, with nice paths to walk on and a small local waterfall just a stone's throw away from the cottages. Of course you have the wonderful lake right in front of the house where you can cool off with wonderful swimming, fishing or why not grill on the barbecue area right by the lake or on the grill by the terrace. The balcony also has outdoor furniture during the summer. On the way to the cottage, you pass Ale Torg with shops, restaurants, gym and bus / shuttle station (also shuttle parking). It takes about 15-20min to GBG Central station from Ale Torg by commuter, which is perfect for you who want to visit e.g. Liseberg without having to park and drive inside the center.
