Welcome to beautiful Holmen! The home in the woods surrounded by lakes, mushrooms, berries and wildlife. I have upgraded to all new mattresses and fiber is also recently installed to maximise the comfort of your stay. Towels and linens are included in the rental. There is also a newly built wood fired sauna. All private- a short walk away from the chalet at a different property. It sure is worth the walk / on those chilly/ rainy days -comes with a relax/ lounge… Needs to be booked ahead of time.
Happy to cater to guests at the Chalet following family tradition and make you feel right at home. I am also looking forward to share my hospitality skills with you.
Nearest public beach is a few min walk in these tranquil and calm surroundings. Sea side beaches near Uddevalla Centre are Skeppsviken, Lindesnäs and Gustavsberg, some with diving towers and sandy beaches. Or if you prefer to visit the ‘Swedish riviera’ like Hunnebostrand, Smögen, Grebbestad or Lysekil for the buzz, restaurants/ bars and fun- or perhaps some sailing/ boating. Whatever the weather, coming back home to relax in spacious wilderness surroundings is a bliss. You can rent canoes at ‘Kanot centralen’ about 15-20min drive at a picturesque lake with rivers, waterways and Rocky hills connecting lakes over 40km long
