It is surrounded by open countryside in Flattinge. S04493 is the only neighboring house. You can preferentially rent both houses, for example if you as a fishing group make joint trips. View of lake Flåren from the terrace. Fishing will be for perch, pike and eel. 200 m to barbecue area and boat at the lake. License can be purchased locally from the owner. There is a good swimming spot at the lake, you can also have a good barbecue and picnic there. A ramp can be provided. Good places to visit are the Elinge Moose Park and the Sven Ljungberg Museum.
