Malevik Tiny House is a private, modern and fully equipped tiny house in a quiet residential area close to the sea, just south of Gothenburg. The house is compact but thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a cosy sleeping area, private bathroom, kitchen facilities, fast Wi-Fi, free parking, free EV charging during summer (up to approx. 11 kW, for one vehicle per booking) and your own outdoor space where you can enjoy breakfast, coffee or a relaxed summer evening. It is especially well suited for couples or two guests who want a peaceful coastal base with easy access to swimming spots, nature, local walks and Gothenburg. The house is separate from the main home, giving you privacy while still having hosts nearby if you need anything. We want the stay to feel simple, clean and relaxing – a small home by the coast where you can slow down, explore the area and feel at ease.

We can suggest swimming spots, walking routes, bike rides, restaurants, cafés, day trips and the easiest ways to get into Gothenburg. At the same time, we always respect your privacy. The tiny house is your own space, and our goal is to make your stay feel easy, comfortable and independent. We enjoy sharing this beautiful part of the west coast with guests and hope you will feel at home here.
Malevik is a quiet coastal neighbourhood in Kullavik, just south of Gothenburg – a place where you can enjoy the west coast at a slower pace. From the tiny house, you are close to the sea, swimming cliffs, small bathing spots, a local harbour and peaceful walking paths. In summer, it is a lovely area for morning swims, bike rides, walks by the water and relaxed evenings outdoors. You are welcome to borrow our bikes and explore the local coastal roads, nearby beaches and hidden spots around Malevik and Kullavik. The neighbourhood feels calm and residential, but Gothenburg is still easy to reach by car. This makes Malevik Tiny House a great base if you want to combine the coast, nature and city life during your stay.
