Our mission is to offer guests a place to reconnect with themselves, their loved ones, and nature through high-quality cabin stays and meaningful local experiences. We focus on thoughtful design, comfort, sustainability, and a strong connection to the surrounding environment. Rather than creating large hotels, HAVN develops intimate retreats that feel personal, calm, and deeply connected to place. At Sāmeland Retreat, we work closely with our local partner Triple X Adventures, who has been welcoming guests in Swedish Lapland for the past eight years. Their team offers authentic year-round nature experiences, including husky tours, snowmobile and other local adventures. Together, we aim to create stays that are warm, personal, and memorable — combining HAVN’s cabin concept with deep local knowledge and hospitality.

• Water bowls are provided in pet-friendly cabins

• Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in outdoor and shared areas

• Wet pets must be dried before entering the cabin

Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets and for any additional cleaning or damage. Undeclared pets may result in extra charges or cancellation of the stay.

🚭 Non-Smoking Policy

All cabins are strictly non-smoking.

• Smoking, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping, is not permitted indoors

• Smoking is allowed only outdoors in designated areas

• Cigarette waste must be disposed of safely

If smoking occurs indoors, a cleaning fee of 3,500 SEK will be charged. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.

"We are currently adding new terraces and completing landscaping around the cabins to make the surroundings even more beautiful and welcoming. We will do our very best to minimise any impact on your stay, and while the work is ongoing, we have included a discount and would love to offer you a complimentary Jacuzzi experience by the lake. The work is expected to be completed by the end of August."
