The fine print

Please note: The house is on a plot with a floating dock that is shared with several other houses. We therefore ask you to be considerate of other guests and avoid occupying the dock for long periods.
A damage deposit of SEK 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
