Lake plot with prime location in the archipelago. Modern & architect-designed house with panoramic lake views, from almost every room. 100 sqm2, 4 rooms, sauna and kitchen. Open floor plan, living room with fireplace, window wall with access to 50 m² terrace facing the sea and a 35 m² terrace to the west with afternoon & evening sun with furniture group. Elegant lake cottage, guest rooms for 2-3 people. On the bridge deck there is a dining table, lounge chairs & bathing ladder. Sailboat depth.
Nicklas, together with my wife Cecilie, rent out our house on Dalarö, Stockholm's archipelago. We live in Vasastan together with our two small children.
Private and secluded. Lake view, lawn for play. No traffic 3-4 parking spaces near the house. High standard, quiet & peaceful location with sun from morning to evening. If the tenant is used to boats, the boat in the picture can be rented.
